Mr. Jitendra Gupta, Senior Managing Partner
- Qualifications FCA [ICAI], ACS [ICSI], B Com (H) from Hindu College, Delhi University
- Experience: Founded the firm in the year 1985 as a professional service provider, particularly in Company law matters, Arbitration, Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisition and Business Advisory Services. Has been in practice since the establishment of firm in 1985. He has more than 30 years post qualification experience.
- He has extensive knowledge in Company law matters, direct tax advisory and compliance, Indirect tax advisory and compliance, Search and Seizer cases under the Income tax Act and Settlement commission representations. He also possesses widespread experience in accounting and auditing, corporate financial planning and advisory services.
Mr. Nishant Singhal, Managing Partner
- Qualifications FCA [ICAI], B Com from Delhi University
- Experience: Nishant is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2012. He has worked with KPMG as Senior Consultant for many years. He has experience of handling corporate affairs in different areas for over a decade. He has helped many organisations to set up business in India and operating it smoothly. Nishant varied accounting and auditing knowledge spanning across various sectors of industries including Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Media, Pharma and Auto dealing with Indian GAAPs and IFRS. He has successfully dealt with Transfer Pricing & Direct Tax litigation for many Corporates and HNI’s. Possess extensive expertise of dealing with Japan, Germany, France & UK based companies.
- He is the founder of India’s & Japan’s first Global Network alliance of independent professionals & firms - SAF Global Worldwide Alliance and heads its Board of Directors.
Mr. Takuro Aoi, Director of Japan Desk
- Qualifications: Certified Public Accountant (Japan), Tax Accountant (Japan), Bachelor of Economics Ritsumeikan Univ. (Japan) and University of British Columbia (Canada)
- Experience: A Certified Public Accountant of Japan, and have global business experience (statutory audit, accounting consulting, tax) not only in Japan but also in the US, UK and Thailand. He has previously worked with Japan and USA Office of PwC. Aoi is an English bilingual professional with extensive experience of working in both Japan and the US.
- He is a Co-founder of India’s & Japan’s first Global Network alliance of independent professionals & firms - SAF Global Worldwide Alliance and is also part of its Board of Directors.
Mr. Kazuma Fukumoto, Japan Desk
- Qualifications: Certified Public Accountant (Japan) and Tax Accountant (Japan)
- Experience: A Certified Public Accountant of Japan, and have global business experience (statutory audit, accounting consulting, tax) not only in Japan but also in the US, UK and Thailand. He has previously worked with Japan and USA Office of PwC for over 15 years. Kazuma is an English bilingual professional with extensive experience of working in both Japan and the US.
